| 摘 要： | 社交媒体的发展为档案部门转型升级带来了前所未有的契机和机遇。文章运用SWOT分析法分析了档案部门应用社交媒体提供档案知识服务的内部优势、劣势和外部机会、威胁因素,提出应多措并举提升社会档案意识、多举并施提升档案知识服务水平、多角度全方位保障档案知识服务的顺利实施,发挥社交媒体为档案部门在提供档案知识服务方面的最大效用。

| Abstract: | The development of social media has brought unprecedented opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of archives departments. The paper makes a SWOT analysis of using social media for archival knowledge service in archives departments, presents the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats. Then, it puts forward that multiple measures should be taken to increase the archival awareness of the whole society, promote the level of archival knowledge service and make sure that archival knowledge service work goes well from multi-dimension, In order to make the social media play the most useful part of providing archival knowledge service in archives department. |
