| 摘 要： | 英国史学家汤因比不仅在历史领域有着卓越的研究,在国际政治方面也不乏独到之处。他的国际政治研究具有突出的历史比较视野和理想主义与现实主义两种哲学融合的特点。他通过对历史上众多文明兴衰的考察,把战争起源归结为两个层面,即国内层面的社会不公和国际层面的无政府状态。随着世界的整体发展和军事技术的革新,战争已成为人类文明不能承受之重,消灭战争已成为人类文明存续的唯一选择。在消灭战争的可选道路中,他认为应通过自愿合作的世界共同体方式来消除无政府状态,进而实现世界的持久和平。

| Abstract: | Toynbee has excellent research not only in the field of history,but also in the international politics.His I.R.study has two characteristics of prominent historical comparison and fusion of idealism and realism.Investigating the rise and fall of civilizations,He attributes the war origins to two facts: social injustice in domestic level and anarchy in international level.With the revolution in technology and the world integration,the war has become an unbearable weight for human,thus eliminating war is the only option for survival.He believes that the world community with voluntary cooperation rather than the "fatal blow" of Roman style is the way to eliminate the anarchy and achieve a lasting peace. |
