| 摘 要： | 建设高质量的教师队伍与国家的发展、民族的兴旺息息相关。21世纪教师的作用将变得更加重要，同时也对教师提出了更高的要求。除了应具备教师的一般素质和能力外，未来教师还应具有现代教育观念，重视终身学习和自我教育，并对教育实践能进行反思和批判。高质量教师队伍的建设是一个由岗前培训、任用管理以及职后培训三个方面所组成且缺一不可的系统工程。

| Abstract: | Building quality teacher resources is closely related to a country's development and a nation's prosperity. The teacher's role becomes more important in the 21st century, which in turn sets an even higher demand on the teacher. The teacher in future must have modern education ideas, think highly of life long education, and be able to rethink and criticize educational practice. The building is composed of pre post training, appointment management, and on the post training. |
