| Abstract: | Laboratory centre is a teaching unit to carry out experimental teaching,science and research service,innovation education and both teaching and management.From the view of a laboratory manager,based on the own experience,this article expounded that a laboratory director should have some qualities such as pioneering,scientific management and personal charisma. |
