| 摘 要： | 竞技能力是获得优异比赛成绩的根本,篮球项目竞技能力的形成和提高受多种因素影响,这些因素可以归结为两个方面：一是先天的遗传因素;二是后天的训练及培养因素。能否处理好这些影响因素,对于篮球项目的竞技能力形成和提高至关重要。通过对影响篮球项目竞技能力的主要因素进行分析,为提高篮球竞技能力提供参考。

| Abstract: | Competitive ability is the basic of the good performance of the match,and many factors influence its formation and improvement,which can be summed up from two aspects： one is inherited;the other is trained and nurtured.It is important for basketball athletes to deal with scientifically these factors which affect the formation and improvement of competitive ability.The analysis aimed to offer reference for the improvement of athletes competitive ability. |
