| 摘 要： | 体育既是学校素质教育的重要内容，又是素质教育的重要手段。笔者从素质教育观的角度，认为学校体育素质教育应贯彻全体性，突出全面性，注重基础性，体现主体性；体育教学应采用注重体育知识发生过程的教学，创造教学情境，深化体育课程教材改革等教学策略，推进素质教育在学校体育教育中的实施。

| Abstract: | Physical education is importent content and importent mothod of quality education.From ability education outlook,authour think that P.E quality education should emphasize comprehensiveness,basis and initiativiy,in order to develop the administration of quality education, schools should adopt a series of teaching tactics such as stressing the process of teaching ,creating good teaching circumstances and deveolping reform of courses and textbook. |
