摘    要:线粒体融合蛋白-2具有促进线粒体融合、抑制细胞增殖、保护细胞免于凋亡等多种功能。越来越多的证据表明,该基因产物与胰岛素抵抗状态有关。目前对于线粒体融合蛋白-2的研究,已成为2型糖尿病领域研究的热点,为2型糖尿病的预防和治疗提供了新的生理和药理作用靶点。综述了胰岛素抵抗发生与运动防治中的作用,旨在为2型糖尿病的治疗提供理论依据。

Abstract:Several functions of the mitochondria fusion protein Mfn2 have been found,such as promoting mitochondria fusion,inhibiting cell proliferation and protecting cell against apoptosis. More and more evidence suggest that it is involved in insulin counteraction.
