| 摘 要： | 离婚制度作为人类婚姻制度的重要组成部分,随着历史的发展经历了不同的阶段,具有不同的内涵.我国先后经历了古代男性的专权离婚、近代的限制离婚和现代的自由离婚三个阶段,各个时期的离婚制度是当时社会经济制度、政治制度与文化制度的产物.从不同时代离婚制度的历史发展中,可以发现女性平等的离婚权利的获得经历了较为漫长和艰难的过程,这一过程映射出女性社会地位不断上升的趋势以及时代的进步和文明的发展.
