| 摘 要： | 对于竞技体育而言，我们目前正处于“专业化”向职业化爬坡阶段中最为陡峭的部分，有诸多矛盾需要解决，诸多关系需要理顺，诸多难点需要攻克，诸多细节需要完善。实现网球项目由“专业化”向职业化的转变需要从以下方面做起：倡导职业化的思想理念、形成职业化的训练思想、实施职业化的训练操作、打造职业化的教练队伍、完善职业化的网球运作、构建职业化的管理体系。
