槽喷混凝土技术在开挖软弱围岩隧道中的应用研究

摘    要:针对当前在软弱围岩隧道施工中较常采用的爆破加挂网、立拱架、喷射混凝土技术,提出槽喷混凝土技术和理论计算方法。这种技术是先沿着开挖工作断面周边开挖出一个具有一定厚度与深度的超前单元槽孔,在槽孔内安放钢筋笼或预制的型钢钢架,然后喷射混凝土,逐步形成一道连续的钢筋混凝土拱圈的施工方法,具有人为可控性好、减少喷射混凝土回弹量、对围岩扰动小等优点,可产生较好的经济效益。

Abstract:Based on the technology of blasting addition hanging nets vertical arch centering shotcrete in process of soft wall rock tunnel construction, this paper put forward groove shotcrete technology and theoretical calculation method. The technology is a construction method that is excavating a leading unit groove which has certain thickness and depth along the excavation working section peripheral, and empalcing steel reinforcement cage or prefaricated section steel frame in groove first, then spraying concrete and gradually form a consecutive steel concrete arch, which has the merits of good artificial controllability, reducing the rebound quantity of spraying concrete and little disturbance to wall rock, so that it can produce preferable economy benefit.
