| 摘 要： | 政企关系是影响我国社会政治经济化发展的重要关系。伦理互动是利益主体问道德意识、道德准则、道德活动和道德状态相互影响的过程，是现代社会的一种普遍现象。市场经济社会需要符合平等自由、互利互信道德原则的正向伦理互动。政府与企业的正向伦理互动是社会伦理进步的关键。政府与企业正向伦理互动的关键在政府。还利于民与还权于民是政府引导和实现正向伦理互动的首要举措。正确认识和行使企业公民权利是企业实现与政府正向伦理互动的基本前提。

| Abstract: | The relationship between government and enterprises is an important relationship that influences the development of social politics, economy and culture in China. The ethical interplay is a process in which the ethical awareness, norms, conduct and mode among the interest subjects interact with each other, as well as a common phenomenon in modern society. The market-economy based society asks for a positive ethical interplay in accordance with the ethic norms of equality and freedom, mutual benefit and trustworthiness. The positive ethical interplay between government and enterprises is the key point for the advancement of social ethic and its key task lies in the government. In order to guide and realize this interplay, the government sets its first step on further enlivening the enterprises by means of returning the benefits and rights to the hands of the people. The enterprises should fully understand and perform the legal person's rights and the workers' citizenship as a prerequisite for realization of the positive interplay with the government. |
