| 摘 要： | 燕赵文化是河北区域内的主流文化,蕴含着中华民族文化的基本特征,勇武任侠、慷慨悲歌、变革进取、开拓创新、兼收并蓄、海纳百川是燕赵文化传承千年的优秀文化精髓。建设河北先进文化,要深刻认识燕赵文化的两重性,在努力克服其文化中所固有的保守意识、京畿意识、崇官思想、内陆文化等特征的同时,积极赋予它们新的与时俱进的时代特色,要不断改革和创新,把文化建设与经济发展结合起来,引进竞争机制,树立法治观念,建设开放、创新、和谐的河北先进文化。
