| 摘 要： | 后现代主义课程观倡导对话与理解，重视差异与多元化，注重培养人的探索创新精神，并提出了一种全新的师生关系，强调教师是“平等者中的首席”。目前高职院校开展的基于工作过程的课程改革，使高职教师的教育教学能力受到了前所未有的挑战，进而引起高职师资培养模式的改革。本文在后现代主义课程观的指导下，提出了高职教师要想成为“平等者中的首席”，实现高职教师教育教学能力培养后现代转向的途径和方法。
