摘    要:后现代主义课程观倡导对话与理解,重视差异与多元化,注重培养人的探索创新精神,并提出了一种全新的师生关系,强调教师是“平等者中的首席”。目前高职院校开展的基于工作过程的课程改革,使高职教师的教育教学能力受到了前所未有的挑战,进而引起高职师资培养模式的改革。本文在后现代主义课程观的指导下,提出了高职教师要想成为“平等者中的首席”,实现高职教师教育教学能力培养后现代转向的途径和方法。

Abstract:The view of post-modern curriculum advocates dialogue and understanding,attention to difference and diversity,emphasizing on training people to explore the spirit of innovation.The teacher-student relations of post-modernist concept are "equal".How teachers become a qualified "the chief of those equal" is a new domain topic in the reform of vocational college curriculum.
