| 摘 要： | 用城镇居民人均可支配收入和农民人均纯收入的变异系数来衡量,山西省地区间收入分配差距在2000年以前不断扩大,2000年以后有所下降,并趋于平稳,其中地区间农民收入分配差距大于城镇居民收入分配差距。造成这种差距的原因是多方面的,而且这种差距不会自动缩小,政府必须充当重要角色,宏观调控缩小区域收入分配差距,以实现全面可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The text uses variation coefficient of city per controlling income and countryside per net income to measure. It shows that the gap in income distribution between regions increased before 2000,has decreased and stabilized since 2000,in which the gap of inter-regions city income distribution is greater than the countryside income distribution in Shanxi Province. The reasons for this gap has many,and this will not automatically reduce,the Government must act as an important role in maeroeconomic regulation and control income distribution among regions,accordingly achieve a comprehensive sustainable development. |
