| 摘 要： | 在高职院校科研管理体制改革的进程中，建立完整的科研管理模式，不仅需要“刚性管理”。更需要“柔性管理”，柔性管理强调“以人为中心”，进行人格化管理，有利于创造宽松的科研环境和科研目标的实现，有助于形成自主化科研模式。

| Abstract: | In the process of the reform about the scientific research management in higher vocational colleges.To establish a model of complete scientific research management, not only ＂rigid management＂ ,but also ＂flexible management＂ is necessary. Emphasizing being ＂people-centered＂, ＂flexible management＂ carries out personalization management. It is helpful to the achievement of the relaxed scientific research environment and the scientific research objectives, and it can help form the autonomous scientific research model as well. |
