| 摘 要： | 大学生＂村官＂计划即选聘高校毕业生到农村任职,这是党中央为推进社会主义新农村建设作出的一项战略决策。本文从开展大学生＂村官＂计划的战略意义与实施过程中出现的问题入手,论述了大学生在推进新农村建设中的积极作用,正确认识了新农村建设和大学生任＂村官＂的重要意义。
