| Abstract: | In our country, the popularization of higher education has started and during the adjustment of the higher education structure, some junior colleges have been promoted to train undergraduates, so the libraries of those promoted colleges face a new problem. This paper attempts to find the solution to the problem by raising readers level, the library service art, the quality and quantity of library books and by upgrading the quality of library staff accordingly. |
