| 摘 要： | 在知识经济日益趋近，国际竞争特别是人才竞争日益激烈的背景下，素质教育的提出引起了各界人士的广泛讨论和研究。当我们重新审视高等教育的成就和失误时，德育巳成为衡量高校办学水平和其培养人才的素质和首要标准。因此，只有明确德育的首要地位，树立适应素质教育和时代变化的德育观念，高校德育工作才能真正收到实效。

| Abstract: | In the background of knowledge economy approaching and international competition,especially the competition for talents ,tending intense,the advocating of quality oriented education has aroused a wide discussion and study among personages of all circles.When we reexamine the success and failure of higher education,moral education has become a chief norm to measure the level of a college and the ability of the people educated.Therefore we must necognize the prioity position of moral education and set up the concept of moral education that is geared to quality oriented education and the changes of times.Only by so doing can moral education in colleges achieve practical results. |
