| 摘 要： | 证券投资咨询机构目前已经成为我国证券市场上的重要机构，但由于种种原因，其业务范围狭窄，发展空间受到极大的限制。但就其本身的业务特点及性质而言，有着进行资产委托管理的极大优势，本着重分析了我国投资咨询机构从事资产委托管理的必要性和其所具备的有利条件。
