摘    要:本研究基于WSR理论的分析框架,以我国91家产业创新实验室为样本,通过fsQCA的组态分析范式,剖析产业创新实验室高创新效率的驱动因素组态及提升路径。结果显示:(1)单一因素无法推动产业创新实验室的高创新效率;(2)存在3种能够驱动产业创新实验室高创新效率的组态路径,分别是“物理”层面的创新生态环境型组态、“事理”层面的高组织创新驱动型组态,以及“人理”层面的高层次人才引领型组态;(3)发现了1条能够产生低创新效率的组态路径。故建议相关组织为提升产业创新实验室创新效率,需审慎思考自身资源特征优势或劣势,并结合“物理-事理-人理”三个层面的因素组合,优化调整资源配置与优势能力建设,以摆脱条件劣势局限,实现创新效率的稳步提升。

Study on the High Innovation Efficiency Model of Industrial Innovation Laboratory: A Research Based on WSR Theory
Abstract:This study is based on the analysis framework of WSR theory,Taking 91 industrial innovation laboratories in China as samples,through the configuration analysis paradigm of fsQCA (Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis),analyze the driving factor configuration and improvement path of high innovation efficiency of industrial innovation laboratory.The results show that (1) single factor cannot promote the high innovation efficiency of industrial innovation laboratory; (2) has three configuration ways that drive high innovation efficiency, namely innovation ecological environment configuration at "physical", high organizational innovation driven configuration at"matter-reasoning", and high-level talent-led configuration at "human theory"; (3) found one configuration path that produces low innovation efficiency.Therefore, relevant organizations is suggested that in order to improve the innovation efficiency of industrial innovation laboratory,and relevant organizations should carefully think about their own resource characteristics advantages or disadvantages, and combine the three levels of "Physics-human theory"factors combination to optimize and adjust the allocation of resources and advantages and capacity construction, so as to get rid of the limitations of conditional disadvantages and achieve the steady improvement of innovation efficiency.
