| 摘 要： | 重点学科建设是高等教育事业改革与发展的基础性工作,是衡量高校教学质量、科研水平和整体实力的重要标志。作为高校三大支柱之一的高校图书馆是教学,科研以及学科建设的重要支撑力量。图书馆应以推进重点学科建设为切入点,通过加强人力资源管理、重组图书馆组织机构、构建重点学科文献信息资源保障系统、开展个性化信息服务等多种手段,提升图书馆服务工作,更好地推动高校重点学科建设。

| Abstract: | Key subject construction is the infrastructure work of higher education reform and development,as well as a measure of teaching quality and research level and an important indicator of overall strength.Library is one of the three supporting pillars of university in the teaching,research and subject construction.The libraries should carry out personalized information services or other means to enhance the library services,and to promote the key subject construction of university through strengthening the management of human resources,restructuring library organization and building the security system of key academic information resources. |
