| 摘 要： | 我国是一个农村人口占多数的国家，实现“依法治国，建设社会主义法治国家”方略，关键在于乡村社会实现法治。文章将视角放在转型时期的乡村社会，提出在依法治国，建设社会主义法治国家的大背景下，建构乡村社会法治秩序。

| Abstract: | The majority of Chinese population live in the rural areas. The very important aspect of establishing rule of law in China lies in the establishment of rule of law in the rural society. This paper focuses on the rural society in transition and presents some points to the effect that the social order in the rural society should be established by the rule of law. |
