| 摘 要： | 文章把思想政治工作难作为一种社会现象来研究,从思想政治工作与社会系统、社会变迁的关系,分析了思想政治工作难的共时态因素和历时态因素,阐述了思想政治工作难的客观性。要改变思想政治工作难的局面,应该借鉴增权理论,不仅要从本身谋突破,更要从社会的其他系统求支持。

| Abstract: | In terms of the relationships between the ideological and political work and social system and social change,the paper probes into the difficulty of the ideological and political work as a kind of social phenomenon,analyzing the synchronic and chronic factors for the difficulty of ideological and political work,and illustrates the objectivity of the problem.In order to change the situation of difficulty of the ideological and political work,the theory of increasing right should be made use of,that is,we should not only explore the breakthrough in ourselves,but also we should seek the support from other systems of the society. |
