| 摘 要： | 道德风险成为社会养老保险制度运行低效率的重要致因。与商业寿险道德风险相比,社会养老保险道德风险发生机制更加复杂,表现更具隐蔽性,对制度的设计和执行具有更高的要求,规避社会养老保险道德风险应当成为提高制度运行效率的重要议题。

| Abstract: | Moral hazard has been an important factor resulting in social pension insurance ineffectiveness. Compared with the moral hazards in commercial life insurance, the triggered mechanism of that of social pension insurance is more complex, and moral hazards in social pension insurance behaves more secretly and requires better system designing and implementing. It should be important to improve the working efficiency of the system by evading moral hazards in social pension insurance. |
