| Abstract: | This thesis begins with the preparation,process and the outcomes of public collective bargaining in France,analyses and discusses the main eight aspects in the public collective bargaining system:the legal basis,the bargaining subjects,the negotiation coverage,the unfair labour practice and bargaining faith,impasse-settling mechanism,the strikes,the outcome-collective agreements and the public administration. |
