| Abstract: | In March, 2002, the U. S. A imposed a tariff of 8% - 30% on a majority of imported steel, which was a typical action of Trade Protectionism, causing serious injuries to some countries including China. It was the first time when China settled this trade dispute by making a good use of WTO rules, such as The Agreement On Safeguard. |
