| 摘 要： | 以2 463名小学生为研究对象,确定了5套运动干预方案,在课外体育活动时间实施10周的运动干预,结果发现,5套运动干预方案对小学生身心健康发展均有积极的促进作用,并揭示了不同运动方案对小学生身心健康影响的特点,为学校针对性、高效地开展课外体育活动,促进学生健康发展,提供了可选择的有效运动方案。

| Abstract: | Taking the 2 463 primary school students as research subjects,this paper identified five sets of intervention training programs and consistently implemented the programs for 10 weeks during students’ extracurricular sports activities.The result shows that all programs played positive roles in promoting students’ mental and physical health.The results also reveal the different impact of alternative programs on students’ health.The research therefore develops alternative sports activity programs which serve for improving the efficiency of extracurricular sports activities for primary school students. |
