| 摘 要： | 企业能否成为自主知识产权工作的主体关系到国家知识产权战略能否真正得以实施,而在我国知识产权制度实施时间不长的情况下,我国企业还远没有成为知识产权工作的主体。因此,迫切需要政府从政策、资金以及保护等方面引导、帮助企业提高知识产权意识、完善知识产权工作制度,进而把知识产权作为企业的核心竞争力。政府的作用是不可替代的。
