摘    要:实施素质教育的主渠道是课堂教学,教师要真正把提高教育质量的任务落实到课堂教学中去,首先应从优化课堂教学过程做起,课堂教学改革的基础是必须面向全体学生,促进每个学生的潜能均得到充分发展,我们以不同层次学生的认识水平为专论,从调动不同层次学生的学习积极性,并不断获得成功入手,开始了分层次分组教学法实验研究。

Abstract:The main channel of implementing quality education is classroom teaching.A teacher should truly put the tack of improving educational quality into classroom teaching,put the optimizing classroom teaching course in the first place.The base of reforming classroom teaching is geared to the needs of all the students which can make their latent abilities fully develop.According to a student's different levels of knowledge,starting with mobilizing their learning initiative and gaining success continuously.We can practice the teaching method of dividing into groups and stratification.
