| 摘 要： | 人工诱导的三倍体鱼具有不育、个体大、生长快、寿命长、肉质好、成活率高等优良品性,对提高养殖产量和鱼肉品质具有重要的意义.就三倍体产生的原理、人工诱导和倍性鉴定方法、研究现状作一综合介绍,并对鱼类三倍体育种研究的发展趋势以及存在的问题作了描述.

| Abstract: | The artificial triploid fish has a list of good characters such as sterility,large size,long-life,meat with good quality,high rate of growth and survival and etc.In addition to this,it plays an important role in increasing the production of aquaculture fish species and improving the quality of fish meat.This paper introduces the principle of triploid emergence,methods of artificial triploid induction and ploidy identification.By making researches on the current development of artificial triploid induction,the shortcoming of current triploid induction and the trend of artificial triploid induction will be described. |
