| 摘 要： | 构建和谐文化是一个世界性的难题.既有共性,又有个性.就一个国家而言可从宏观、中观、微观文化角度进行建设:在组织内部则要从物质、制度、行为文化等方面进行建设.本文界定了和谐文化的内涵和特征.分析了构建社会主义和谐文化的必然性和紧迫性,提出了建构社会主义和谐文化的路径和方法.

| Abstract: | With the general character and individuality, it is a worldwide difficult problem to construct the harmonious culture. To a country,the harmonious culture can be constructed in the view of macroscopic, intermediate perspective and microscopic aspects. To an organization, it can be constructed in the view of material, system and behavior culture aspects. This article definites the connotation and characteristic of the the harmonious culture, and expounds the inevitability and pressing of constructing the socialism harmonious culture,then states the way and the method of constructing it. |
