| 摘 要： | 大学生职业规划素养是大学生在职业规划过程中所表现出来的综合品质,反映了大学生在规划时的精神状态和能力水平。它由职业规划意识、职业规划知识、职业规划能力、职业规划道德四方面内容构成。提升大学生职业规划素养,不仅要求学校应协调各种教学资源,成立生涯规划辅导机构、加强师资队伍建设,大学生也要摆正对职业生涯规划的认识,充分利用课内、课外学习平台,提高自身生涯规划与管理能力。

| Abstract: | The career planning quality of college students could reflect not only their integrated quality,but also their mental status and ability level in the process of career planning.The quality contains career planning sense,knowledge,ability and morals.To improve the career planning quality of college students not only needs the college to coordinate all kinds of education resources to establish career planning organization,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,and the college students should understand career planning properly,and make full use of curricular and extracurricular learning platform as well. |
