| 摘 要： | 通过对全国高等院校公共体育课程教学改革情况的调查研究,结合重庆医科大学体育教学实际情况,从体育课程多个教学环节入手,对课程结构、教学方法、管理措施与制度等方面的进行改革,以改变学校现有教学形式落后、教学方法保守的局面。改进教学手段,充分挖掘教学资源潜力,解决学校面临的由于生源扩充、教学资源不足带来的难题,提高教学质量,获得一种扩大教学容量与提高教学质量的"双赢"效果。

| Abstract: | On the base of the national survey of public physical education course teaching reform in Colleges and universities and combining the PE teaching realities of Chongqing Medical University,the reform is carried out in the perspectives of the structure of the PE course,teaching methods,management measures and systems,starting from mutiple teaching steps in PE course,to change the existing backward teaching forms and conversative teaching methods,to improve teaching methods,to make full use of the potentials of teaching resources to solve the problem of students’ expansion and lack of teaching resources,to improve teaching quality and get the "win-win" results of enlarged teaching capacity and improved teaching quality. |
