| Abstract: | The middle-level college and university leaders play an important role as a connecting link in the college and university management work.How to improve quality of the middle-level college and university leaders is a major and long-term task of college and university administrators.The middle-level college and university leaders should improve their own quality effectively,to improve the management ability and level of the colleges and universities,to improve the serving ability of the colleges and universities.They can play a greater role in the strategies of the national technology,education and talents implement. |
