| 摘 要： | 动漫专业作为一门新兴的专业,要求学校合理设置动漫专业课程,并结合自身的特点,教学思路,应对不同就业市场定位。文章从动漫产业人才需求及听障生的自身特点出发,提出了特殊学校动漫专业存在的问题,并从听障动漫专业培养需求、师资力量培养和学生就业导向等方面提出了解决问题的相关对策,从而为听障动漫专业的建设提供相关理论依据。

| Abstract: | As an emerging professional,animation professionals requires schools to reasonably set animation professional courses,to have its own characteristics,teaching ideas,and to respond to different job market positioning.The article finds the prblems in the special school animation professional,and gives countermeasures to solve the problems so as to provide relevant theoretical basis for the hearing impaired animation professional construction. |
