我国高职教育课程理论的范式问题

摘    要:现代职业技术教育课程理论的研究存在着两种截然不同的范式,即“技术范式”和“人本范式”。“技术范式”课程在历史上曾经起到过一定的积极作用,但随着人类进入知识经济时代,“技术范式”的课程研究存在着明显的局限,不符合人的个性发展需要,具有较强的功利主义倾向。作为“以就业为导向、以能力为本位”的高职教育,应该树立“以人为本”的理念,摒弃“技术范式”课程,采用“人本范式”课程,即课程理论研究应注意培养学生终身学习的能力、职业,发展的能力、创新创业的能力和团队合作的能力。

Abstract:In the study of modem vocational-technical education curriculum theory there exist two entirely different paradigms, namely"technical paradigm'and"people-based paradigm"."Technieal paradigm'curriculum played a certain positive role in history, but as human beings enter the era of knowledge economy,there exists the obvious limitation in the research of"technical paradigm'curriculum, which does not meet the need of human personality development and has the tendency of stronger utilitarianism. Higher vocational education with the employment as a guidance and the ability as an orientation should set up "people-based"idea,get rid of "technical paradigm'curriculum and adopt"peopie-based paradigrn"eurrieulum, namely in the research of curriculum theory attention should be paid to the cultivation of abilities of student life-time learning,career development, innovation-pioneering and teamwork.
