摘    要:学生的主体活动是学习,学习活动是以学生的态度、情绪等非智力因素为中介,是学生的知、情、意协调活动的心理过程。培养学生良好的心理素质,促进学生身心和谐、健康的发展和素质的全面提高,为国家培养高素质的合格人才,这是教育最根本的职能。然而,学生学习困难现象严峻,这严重影响了学生能力的培养和身心健康的成长,必须反思当前的教育现状,拿出相应的教、学对策。

Abstract:The main activity of the students is learning which is mediated by students' non-intellectual factors such as attitude,emotion and so on,and a coordinate activity of the mental process of students' cognition,emotion and will.This thesis explores the teaching and learning strategies ofquality education from the mental process of the learning formation and from both aspects of teachers and students.
