| Abstract: | The traditional education theory does not locate the private higher education correctly in its category, which has created negative impact on the sound development of private higher education. This article has proposed that private higher education should belong to the category of comprehensive higher education, private colleges and universities can be made into full\|time comprehensive universities, not tertiary vocational and technical schools. |
