| 摘 要： | 重点特色学科建设具有丰富的内涵，对于高校发展具有举足轻重的作用。地方高校在建设重点特色学科的过程中，要密切结合学校的历史传统、研究优势和地方需求，紧紧抓住“以学科建设提升核心竞争力”的主线，兼顾“优势”和“特色”两个重点，坚持传承性与创新性、选择性与协调性、外在性与内在性相结合，协调处理好教学与科研、人才引进与校内培养、校级学科与系级学科、管理与服务的关系，方能取得好的成效。

| Abstract: | Key characteristic discipline construction has rich connotations, playing a crucial role in the development of colleges and universities. This paper expounds that in the process of the construction, to obtain good results, local colleges and universities should base on school history and tradition, discuss their advantag- es and local requirements, grasp the main line of ＂enhancing the core competitiveness through discipline con- struction＂, take into account the two key points of ＂advantage＂ and ＂feature＂,insist on the combination of inhri- tance with innovation, external with internal natures, coordinate and deal with the relationships between teach- ing and research, talent introduction and in-school cultivation, school-level subjects and department-level subjects, management and service. |
