| 摘 要： | 法律基础课是高职学生必修的理论基础课,主要是对大学生进行思想品德教育和法制教育,其任务是根据高职教育的德育目标和大学生思想品德的形成与成才的实际需要,从理论与实际的结合上,帮助大学生提高思想政治觉悟,增强法律意识,树立起正确的世界观、人生观、法制观和道德观,选择正确的行为,走好人生之路。因此它是一门非常重要的基础课程,如何上好高职院校的法律基础课是值得我们深入思考的重要课题。

| Abstract: | Basic law course is a compulsory basic theory course in higher vocational colleges,which mainly make thought moral education and law education to college students.According to the moral education goals of higher vocational college and the actual needs of forming their thought moral as well as becoming talents,its task is to help students increase thought political consciousness,strengthen law awareness,build up correct world view,philosophy,law view and moral view,choose correct action,and walk the road of life well from the combination of theory and practice.Therefore,it is very important basic course,and it is the important issue for us to think deeply on how to conduct the basic law class well in higher vocational colleges. |
