| 摘 要： | 根据投资发展路径理论 ,我国在经过长期大幅度引进外国直接投资的鼎盛期之后 ,将逐步迎来对外直接投资的高潮。目前 ,我国某些行业已出现了生产能力过剩、产品积压、技术设备闲置等问题 ,这些行业要获得进一步的发展 ,既有必要也有可能通过对外直接投资的方式寻求新的市场空间。在这个过程中 ,应该结合我国实际情况来确定企业对外直接投资的产业选择和基本类型 ,调整地区结构 ,进一步拓展我国对外直接投资市场的多元化 ,并努力扩大和提升对外直接投资项目的规模与技术含量

| Abstract: | As the theory goes, after the prosperity of introducing direct investment from overseas into Chinese market in the past decades, there would soon come a climax for Chinese capital to directly invest abroad in turn. Presently, there have appeared the problems of, in some trades, surplus productive force, overstock and idle technology and equipment. But for the purpose of further development, these trades must consider the necessity and possibility to seek new market space through direct investment in foreign countries. But this process should take into account the practical situations in China before ascertaining the basic types and specific trades for exportation. It should also adjust regional structures, enlarge and improve the levels of the relevant trades, and promote the scale and technological content. |
