| 摘 要： | 新中国60年，贵州普通高等教育取得了令人瞩目的成就。不仅高校数量有所增多，教师职称结构大为改善，高校办学规模有所扩大，而且高校办学层次大为提升，为贵州经济社会的发展培养了数以十万计的人才。这些成就的取得，得益于党的改革开放政策，得益于贵州省委、省政府的正确领导，得益于贵州高校广大高等教育工作者的辛勤工作，得益于贵州各族人民的共同努力。总结历史的经验，一方面，我们必须进一步坚持正确的政治方向，坚持教育必须“三个面向”的指导思想；另一方面，我们不能满足于现状，必须采取切实可行的措施，进一步发展贵州的高等教育，进一步发挥高等教育为经济社会发展服务的基本功能，为推动贵州乃至全国经济社会的发展作出更大贡献。

| Abstract: | In the past 60 years great achievements are attained in general higher education of Gnizhou, which represents not only in the increasing number of colleges and universities, the improving professional title structures of teachers and the enlarging school running scales but also improving the school running levels, cultivating hundreds of thousands of talents for the development of Guizhou economic society. These achievements benefit from the our party＇s reform and opening policies, form the correct leadership of Guizhou provincial committee and government, from the hard work of immense educational workers in colleges and universities of Guizhou and from the joint efforts of different peoples of Guizhou. Summing up the historical experience, on one hand we have to further stick to the correct political direction and the guiding thought of Three Orientations of Education; on the other hand we can not be satisfied with the present situations, and we must take feasible measures to further develop higher education of Gnizhou and fully exert the fundamental function of higher education serving for the economic society in order to make more contribution in promoting the economic society of Gnizhou and even all over the country. |
