| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法，对山东省普通高校试办高水平篮球队的现状进行了调查和分析，找到存在的一些问题，并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策，试图为山东省乃至全国普通高校试办高水平篮球队提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | With such methods as documents,expert's interview and logic analytic approach,it has an investigation and analysis of the current situation of the high-level basketball team of ordinary higher learning institutes of Shandong.It has found out some problems existed and put forward the corresponding theory countermeasure to these problems,so as to offer a beneficial reference. |
