| 摘 要： | 人类社会发展规律是在人类社会历史领域普遍发生作用的规律，是人类自身活动的规律。因时代和人们实践活动不同，规律作用及体现的具体形式也会不同。人们对世情国情及其走势的判断和采取的对策体现着对规律的认识与把握。科学发展观是指导发展的世界观和方法论，它以和谐世界、以人为本、全面、协调、可持续发展等思想，丰富、拓展、深化了人类社会发展基本规律、人类社会有机整体规律、人与环境相互作用规律的内容。
