高等学校绩效工资制度问题探究

摘    要:高等学校绩效工资制度体现了岗位绩效和分级分类管理的理念,具有激发教工积极性、鼓励不断创新的功能。本文在总结绩效工资改革基本情况基础上,分析了绩效工资制度改革的现存问题,有针对性地提出了改进措施。

Abstract:The performance-related pay system in higher learning institutions has embodied the idea of job performance and grading and classification management. Furthermore, it has the functions of motivating the enthusiasm and innovation spirit of teaching and administrative staff. This paper analyzes the existing problems in performance-related pay system reform based on current conditions and raises some suggestions for improvement.
