| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生就业难问题是社会关注的热点,需要我们用辩证唯物主义的观点、方法去处理。要自觉地遵循生产关系一定要适合生产力状况的规律,避免重蹈超越生产力水平人为地拔高生产关系的旧辙,认识大学毕业生就业改革,鼓励大学毕业生主动适应就业市场状况。要利用上层建筑对经济基础的反作用,通过法律的、行政的、政策的手段对产业结构和高校专业结构进行调整,以解决结构性矛盾形成的就业难问题。要根据事物发展否定之否定的规律,树立信心,采取措施,循序渐进地解决大学毕业生就业问题。

| Abstract: | The employment hardship of college graduates,as a hotspot of the society focus,need us use the viewpoint and way of dialectical materialism to deal with,follow the law of productive relations being suitable for conditions of productive forces to avoid stepping into the stereotype,and rely on employing reform to encourage graduates to acclimatize themselves to the employment market.Meanwhile,should make full use of reaction of upper-structure against the economic base,have an adjustment upon the industry structure and college majority structure through the law and executive and policy means,and base on laws of the negation of negation to take some measures to reach the purposes of resolving the issue of employment hardship of college graduates. |
