| 摘 要： | 企业国有资产法是中国特色社会主义法律体系中起支架作用的一部重要法律。它依法明确履行出资人职责机构的权利义务、国企管理者的选任考核与禁止性行为,关系到国有资产出资人权益的重大事项、国有资产的转让行为、国有资本的经营预算制度等重要问题。贯彻实施好企业国有资产法,应切实抓好企业国有资产法的学习宣传,尽快制定和完善与企业国有资产法相配套的规定,把贯彻实施企业国有资产法与贯彻实施好物权法、公司法等法律相结合起来。
