| 摘 要： | 校长能否合理、有效地领导校本课程的开发、实施等活动直接影响着教师与学生的发展、学校共同体的建设以及学校教育质量的提升.本文通过访谈与问卷调查,分析了当前中学校长课程领导的现状及存在的问题,并对促进中学校长有效进行课程领导的策略予以探讨.
