企业社会责任与竞争力关系的实证分析

摘    要:摘要:本文以59家医药上市公司2003-2007年的数据为依据,通过实证分析研究了企业社会责任与企业竞争力之间的关系。研究发现:从当期来看,承担社会责任越多的企业,企业竞争力越高;从前期来看,前期企业社会责任表现会增强当期企业竞争力,尤其是近三年的社会责任表现会显著影响企业竞争力;同时,本文对控制变量的研究发现,公司规模越大社会责任表现越好,国有企业社会责任表现显著优于非国有企业,而企业经营年限对企业社会责任表现的影响则不显著。

Abstract:Based on the statistic data of 59 listed companies in medical and pharmacy industry from 2003 to 2007,the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate competitiveness is investigated through the empirical methods.The results show that in short term,the more social responsibilities a corporate takes on,the more competitive it would be;while considering the previous period,the better corporate social responsibility performance in the previous period would lead to greater competitiveness ...
