| 摘 要： | 酒店英语课程在高职酒店英语人才培养模式中起到了核心作用,它是培养优秀酒店员工的一个重要内容。高职院校应用英语（酒店英语方向）需要通过课程教学改革、优化教学团队、加强校内外实训基地建设等方式来构建酒店英语教学新模式,以培养合格的高技能实用型个人才。

| Abstract: | Hotel English curriculum plays a vital role in talents’ training mode of higher vocational hotel English,which is one of important contents for cultivating excellent hotel personnel.Applying English in higher vocational colleges should construct the new mode of hotel English teaching through curriculum teaching reform,the optimization of teaching team,the enhancement of practical training bases inside and outside colleges to cultivate eligible high skilled applying talents. |
